Call or visit Whispering Woods to see which lots are available and make your selection. All lots are 7,200-square feet (60 x 120) and essentially the same shape. The only difference between them is where they're located within Whispering Woods.

Whispering Woods always has 3-4 model homes available on-site for you to look at. If one of these models meets your needs, you can be in your new home within a week! If you decide to order something custom-built, our manufacturers offer 45-65 different floor plans for you to choose from. Select colors and interior options and your new home can be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks. It takes up to 90 days to get your new home move in ready.

Step 3: Complete the Paperwork
|
|
|
Once you've chosen your lot and your home, the rest is easy. You simply fill out a basic two-page lot lease agreement and a purchase order for the home. We also have financing available within 24 hours for qualified buyers. After completing a simple credit application that verifies proof of income, and a minimum down-payment of 10 percent of the sales price of the home, applicants are eligible for a fixed, 30-year simple interest mortgage with no closing costs or pre-payment penalties.
